6. Virtual Card Terms

Virtual cards issued through ZapPay are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cards remain the property of ZapPay and our issuing partners

  • Spending limits and restrictions may apply based on your account tier
  • We may freeze or cancel cards suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Card details must be kept secure and not shared inappropriately

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ZapPay services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of ZapPay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZapPay in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZapPay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
